Yes! You may get the application form at the cashier counter when you entering the restaurant. All process will be doing at the counter. So, what yo waiting for? But before that, let us let you know how to apply our Sushi Tei  membership.

*20% discount on your birthday week. (5 days before &5 days after)

STEPS:

1. Pay RM99 when apply the membership. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.

2. We will process your application by get ready a receipt and cash voucher.

3. In return, we will giving you RM120 cash voucher.

4. The cash voucher will be given when apply the membership.

5. The member card can be collect within 1 weeks.

The cash voucher will be given in

RM50 = 2

RM10 = 1

RM 5 = 2

Total is RM120.
